The Little Warrior Project and Fishing With America’s Finest would like to thank the new Texas Roadhouse Grill located in Miramar, FL for their generous sponsorship of food for our participants in the 32nd Annual Take A Kid Fishin’ Rodeo.
Miramar’s Texas Roadhouse opens Monday and before the first guest walks in the door the restaurant will roll out the red, white and blue carpet for several local organizations. This week, as the restaurant trains new cooks, meat cutters and other kitchen team members, guests at the Susan B Anthony Home for Women and Children, His House Children’s Home, Homes for American Heroes, and local police and firefighters will be the first to try the restaurant’s legendary hand-cut steaks, fall-off-the-bone ribs and made-from-scratch sides.
The restaurant officially opens the doors at 3241 SW 160TH Ave, on Monday, June 10 from 4:00 – 10:00 p.m. brings 190 new jobs to this community.
During Sunday’s event, a reserved parking space will be dedicated for any wounded veteran who visits the restaurant.
Mayor Lori C Mosely will attend a ribbon-cutting at the restaurant:
